She plays a pivotal role in ensuring the on-time completion of projects within budget, schedules, and quality standards while managing divisional growth. Known for her decision-making prowess, leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, Charo thrives in multitasking environments. Her unwavering dedication to work is driven by the gratification of leading her team to deliver exceptional results, surpassing all construction constraints.

With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, Charo upholds the highest quality standards in all our developments. She graduated from the Universidad Central de Bayamón, Puerto Rico, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
