MEET
Evelyn Gavilondo, AIA, is responsible for planning and creating architectural designs for all our projects. She has a Master in Architecture from Princeton University and a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Cooper Union. Evelyn is also a member of the American Institute of Architecture.
Rosarito (Charo) Medina is responsible for leading all functions of construction management and administration in our projects. With over 20 years of experience in the Construction Industry, Rosarito ensures to maintain the highest quality standards in our developments. She graduated from Universidad Central de Bayamon, Puerto Rico, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Javier Santana holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance with focus on real estate from the University of New Orleans and has been managing brokerage firms for 10 years. At Sunland, Javier is responsible for developing and leading the company’s real estate brokerage.
Sofia Donoso graduated in 2021 from Universidad Diego Portales with a degree in Design, specializing in Graphic Design. Sofia has been working freelance for the past 3 years in a wide variety of industries and agencies, working in their Digital Marketing areas.
Francisco Lam is responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards, processes, and best practices, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently across all business units.
Francisco holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and has over ten years of experience driving a multinational company’s business growth, revenue management, and strategic planning.
Roger Contreras is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating architectural projects. He holds a master’s degree in Project BIM Management and a bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Roger is an Autodesk Certified Professional on Revit for Architectural Design and for Mechanical Design.
Paola Nieto contributes her expertise in creating and designing architectural plans while offering customizable interior design solutions for Sunland Group’s high-end developments. With a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and extensive international experience, she has successfully worked on various residential and commercial architectural projects.
Juan Jose Cofre graduated in 2022 from Pontificia Universidad Catolica of Chile with a degree in Social Communications, specializing in Advertising.
He is responsible for creating and managing content, developing web content strategies, and supervising communications throughout social media and websites.
Jaden is responsible for conducting market research and analysis, developing data-driven strategies, and providing insights to enhance investment decisions and risk management.
A Mechanical Engineering graduate from Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand, with a strong background in quantitative market research, Jaden has been instrumental in leveraging analytical techniques to support financial performance and strategic initiatives.
Tyler Solorzano is responsible for generating cost estimates and the bidding for our construction projects. He graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and has five years of estimating and bidding experience.
Joaquin Muñoz holds 10+ years of experience as a field superintendent in Miami. He brings value to Sunland Group by supervising construction phases, subcontractor coordination, and control inspection with the city for the company’s elite homes.
He graduated in Computer Science from the University of Havana, Cuba, and Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician from CBT College.
With over 8 years of experience, Francisco has successfully overseen dozens of commercial and residential projects, serving in both superintendent and project manager roles. As Sunland Group’s Field Superintendent, Francisco ensures timely completion, quality, and safety standards. With studies in Business Administration from Miami Dade College and strong construction experience, Francisco is equipped with the necessary tools to excel in project management, budget oversight, and stakeholder collaboration, maintaining high standards in construction excellence.
Deosjovanny brings 8 years of experience in construction management, specializing in site supervision and project coordination. He has played a key role in high-profile projects like Julia & Henry’s and the Florida Power Nuclear Plant. With an Associate Degree from the University of Puerto Rico, he ensures quality, safety, and efficiency in every project he leads.
Roberto Davila, Sunland Builder’s general laborer, contributes to various construction and maintenance tasks. Roberto has 15 years of experience as a construction general laborer and holds certifications from OSHA for forklifts, MEWP, and heavy equipment operations.
Engel Gutierrez, Sunland Builder’s General Laborer, is committed to ensuring safety and efficiency on construction sites by handling tool maintenance, site cleanings, and site safety. Collaborating closely with field superintendents, Engel stays informed about all project details, minimizing accidents and safety violations, making him an invaluable asset to the team.

Cristina is an MBA graduate from EGADE Business School and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Universidad del Pacífico, Peru.

She is an MBA graduate from Madrid ESEM International School of Business and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Postgraduate diploma in International Finance from the University of Habana, Cuba.

With a background in accounting and certifications in IFRS and FinOps, she specializes in financial reporting, audit coordination, and cost management, supporting the company’s strategic growth.
