OVERVIEW
Sunland Group is seeking a Project Planning & Performance Lead to support the seamless execution of luxury real estate developments. This role focuses on planning, monitoring, and overseeing project performance to ensure initiatives remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with company objectives.
Responsibilities include consolidating project schedules and budgets into a Master Gantt and Master Budget, tracking progress, and preparing clear performance reports. Based in Santiago, Chile, you will also identify risks, quantify their impact, and design mitigation strategies, ensuring effective decision-making and alignment across stakeholders.
qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, project planning, or similar leadership roles within the construction sector.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project (or Gantt equivalents), MS Excel/Google Sheets, and MS PowerPoint.
- Advanced proficiency in English for effective business communication
- Project management certification (PMP or similar) is highly valued.
- Willingness to travel internationally to South Florida at least once a year.

You Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant roles within the construction sector, such as Project Manager, Project Planner, or Project Lead.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field.
- Certifications: A certification in project management(PMP or similar) is considered a significant asset.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Project (or Gantt equivalents), as well as MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS PowerPoint.
- Language Proficiency: Your advanced proficiency in English enables you to confidently engage in business communications and interactions within our US-based organization.
- International Travel: Your willingness to undertake business trips to South Florida, United States, at least once a year underscores your dedication to a hands-on understanding and exploration of our real estate development projects.
