OVERVIEW
Sunland Group is actively in search of a dedicated and highly organized Operations and Compliance Analyst to support our mission of upholding financial integrity and regulatory compliance. In this vital role, you will be responsible for documenting and verifying all financial transactions, ensuring they meet company standards and regulatory requirements. Your work will include preparing accurate financial reports, maintaining meticulous bookkeeping and accounting records, and overseeing day-to-day accounting operations to guarantee data consistency across our platforms.
As a vital part of our team, you will be tasked with identifying and resolving any possible discrepancies and working closely with data sources to maintain precise records. Additionally, you will manage compliance-related tasks, including preparing for audits–such as workers’ compensation audits–and verifying insurance coverage to protect the company’s financial well-being. This in-person role is based in our Santiago, Chile office, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial health of Sunland Group locally.
qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in an accounting or financial analysis role
In-person role based in Santiago, Chile
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets
Advanced proficiency in English
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
