In her role, Charo oversees all construction processes, guaranteeing optimal performance from her team to achieve collective goals. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring the on-time completion of projects within budget, schedules, and quality standards while managing divisional growth. Known for her decision-making prowess, leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, Charo thrives in multitasking environments. Her unwavering dedication to work is driven by the gratification of leading her team to deliver exceptional results, surpassing all construction constraints.

With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, Charo upholds the highest quality standards in all our developments. She graduated from the Universidad Central de Bayamón, Puerto Rico, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Roger Contreras holds a pivotal position at Sunland Architectural Design LLC, serving as Design Architect. With a Master’s degree in project BIM Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Roger plays a crucial role in coordinating and executing projects. Beyond architectural design and coordination, he contributes to building code analysis, construction document production, BIM modeling, and direct engagement with the construction team and subcontractors. He is also an Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Architectural Design and Mechanical Design.

Within Sunland Architectural Design LLC, Roger is instrumental in synthesizing architectural production to ensure the seamless implementation of ideas and construction solutions on-site. He places great emphasis on effective communication, fostering collaboration both internally within the Sunland Architectural Design LLC team and externally with partners to ensure project success. Under Roger’s leadership, the team has achieved significant milestones, including delivering multiple multimillion-dollar homes to consumers, obtaining project approvals from multiple municipalities throughout South Florida, and establishing communication and operational protocols that enhance project efficiency.

Dayana Cabeza plays a key role in the coordination and execution of construction projects at Sunland Builders, acting as a crucial link between administrative teams and on-site operations. In her position, she is responsible for tracking and documenting project challenges, facilitating clear communication across departments, and ensuring that operational processes flow efficiently from planning through execution.

With a strong foundation in high-end residential and commercial development, Dayana brings exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to every project. Her strengths lie in multitasking, problem-solving, and maintaining focus under pressure. 

Before joining Sunland Builders, Dayana contributed to luxury custom home and commercial projects in South Florida, including work in Cocoplum, Coral Gables, and South Miami. She holds an associate degree in Construction Technology, earned with honors in Cuba, and is actively pursuing further certifications to advance her career.

Tyler Solorzano excels in his role as the Cost Estimator & Bidding Specialist at Sunland Builders, where he is tasked with creating project budgets through precise construction estimates and procuring competitive quotes from subcontractors. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Florida International University, Tyler brings with him five years of extensive experience in estimating and bidding.

Tyler’s main responsibilities involve delivering detailed estimates with the most accurate and current pricing available to establish construction budgets for the company’s projects and obtaining competitive quotes from subcontractors during the bidding phase. Notable among his contributions is his role in defining and implementing Sunland Builders’ Estimating and Bidding procedures, optimizing our processes for precise budget development. With meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to excellence, he has significantly enhanced Sunland Builders with his remarkable analytical skills.

Joaquin Muñoz brings over 10 years of experience as a construction superintendent in Miami to Sunland Builders. In his role, he supervises construction phases, coordinates subcontractors, and manages city inspections for the company’s high-end projects. His primary mission is to ensure compliance with all regulations throughout the construction process, contributing to the high standards and ongoing success of Sunland Builders.

Joaquin graduated with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Havana and is certified as an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician from CBT College. His professional approach is characterized by a positive mindset and effective communication, which are essential to his role. Guided by his philosophy of “keeping calm within the storm”, Joaquin makes sound decisions and proactively addresses issues on-site. His patience and maturity are key to both personal and team success.

With over 8 years of experience, Francisco has successfully overseen dozens of commercial and residential projects, serving in both superintendent and project manager roles. As Sunland Group’s Field Superintendent, Francisco ensures timely completion, quality, and safety standards. With studies in Business Administration from Miami Dade College and strong construction experience, Francisco is equipped with the necessary tools to excel in project management, budget oversight, and stakeholder collaboration, maintaining high standards in construction excellence.

As a General Laborer at Sunland Builders, Oriana Cardenas is vital in maintaining safety, organization, and efficiency on construction sites. She handles various tasks, including assisting with logistics, ensuring cleanliness, and monitoring safety protocols. Oriana collaborates closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and successful project outcomes.

Oriana’s strengths include her ability to work in a fast-paced environment, her strong organizational skills, and her commitment to safety. With a hands-on approach, she is always looking for ways to optimize processes while maintaining a high standard of quality and teamwork. Her passion for continuous learning and growth drives her to take on new challenges in the construction industry.

Marvin Castillo serves as Field Architect Support Specialist at Sunland Group, supporting construction operations by coordinating technical documentation and assisting with the on-site implementation of architectural and construction plans. In this role, he helps ensure that field teams work with the most current drawings and project information, facilitating coordination between architects, superintendents, and construction crews.
By supporting documentation control, assisting with RFI’s, and monitoring the alignment between design intent and field execution, Marvin contributes to maintaining organization, technical accuracy, and operational efficiency throughout the construction process.
With previous experience in logistics, supply chain, and administrative roles, as well as formal training in civil engineering, he brings a structured and analytical perspective to field coordination. His background allows him to support project planning, documentation control, and resource organization while contributing to the smooth progression of Sunland Group’s developments.

Juan Esteban Gonzalez contributes to Sunland Builders’ high-end construction projects as Project Architect, bringing expertise in Revit modeling, interior design, and BIM-based coordination of specialties. He is responsible for technical detailing and the production of architectural drawings, ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance with U.S. construction standards across the company’s portfolio of high-end projects.

In his role, he supports conceptual design, project documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, helping bridge design intent with construction execution. Juan Esteban graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Universidad Diego Portales in Chile, where he also taught Revit modeling as an assistant professor. At Sunland Builders, he applies his technical rigor, adaptability, and organizational strengths to ensure projects are both accurate and innovative, enhancing the company’s ability to deliver exclusive developments of exceptional quality.
